Mark L. Brandon has over 27 years of experience as a civil litigator specializing in the defense of medical negligence cases. He is a California native, born in 1955. Mark attended the University of San Diego for both undergraduate training and law school, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1982. He began practicing law at the firm of Ault, Midlam and Deuprey, where he worked for over ten years and became a partner in 1993. He founded the law firm of Grace, Brandon, Hollis and Ramirez in 1995, serving as a managing partner. The firm grew to include 38 attorneys and a greater number of paralegals and support staff, with five offices in three states. In order to devote more time to his individual practice, he started his current firm of Brandon and Associates in 2005.
As a defender of health care professionals, Mark has represented doctors, hospitals, nurses, skilled nursing facilities, pharmacists, therapists, laboratories, medical equipment manufacturers, and other persons and entities involved in health care. He also advises clients in general business matters. Mark has tried 36 cases to completion, almost exclusively in medical negligence cases.
